I had a fantastic time at this resort. the location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding nature. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also loved the fact that the resort offered a range of outdoor activities, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beautiful surroundings.
The language barrier was a bit challenging at times. Some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit difficult.

Super winter retreat. the room was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. the activities included in the package were fantastic, especially the snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining room served delicious meals. the location on the lake was a great advantage, and the ice hotel was a magical experience.
The cabins had some strange electrical buzzing sounds and uncomfortable sofas in the living room. the bedrooms didn't have any views, but they stayed warm and had individual heaters.

I recently stayed at Station Touristique Duchesnay - Sepaq Villa for a weekend getaway to enjoy the lake and surrounding nature. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a charming log cabin look thanks to the wooden finish on the walls. The highlight of my stay was the spectacular dining restaurant, offering a delightful French-International menu, and the waiters provided superb service. The breakfast was also a winner, with a nice variety of options, generous portions, and it was included in the price. Additionally, there were plenty of hiking and biking trails to explore, and the staff made an effort to communicate in English, even though my rusty French sufficed. Lastly, the hotel offered many free activities for children, making it a fantastic family trip.
I recommend this hotel.

Plus, there was a spa, exterior Jacuzzi, and heated indoor pool. it was an outstanding stay with plenty of things to do and enjoy.
That the resort did not have a quick lunch option, so we had to drive into town to eat.
